Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Tags and packaging must be included when applicable. Certain items such as undergarments may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.Return Window
Returns are accepted within thirty days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.Process
To request a return, contact customer support with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective.Refunds
